^ Apparently it has exactly the opposite effect hormones wise :huh:, though psychologically it could being shocking/distracting. Or maybe the people who propagated the phrase did so people wouldn't suspect what they're actually doing in the shower......

Cold showers only make me more tense. I find that a warm shower helps to calm me down.

After my aunt told my mom that grandma passed away, my sister went on a rush to the hospital morgue. Me and my mom followed her.

On a way there, we witnessed a road accident. Granted, it was like past midnight on the high way. People feom nearby establishments came. We left before any ambulance came. And saw so many clustered debris on the road.



So, what is fate trying to tell me? "Roads are unsafe. Stop walking and jaywalking." :x
