The closest I can come to trying to answer that is to say that the number of military killed in VietNam equals the number of people killed by drunk driving in USA in one year. So maybe we're back to the eternal question of "Why?" do they kill?

a new study said that new Toyota prius models have the best headlight illumination quality [387'] while BMWs have the worst [128']. that means it is safe to drive up to 70 miles per hour at night in the Prius, but only 30 in the BMW.
