I drank too much, like around more than 4 glasses per 2 to 4 hours. And so much, I'm surprised that I don't have UTI or anything because of it.
Been that for years no thanks to chronic sinusitis, possibly seasonal AND idiopathic allergy altogether.

'False alarm needs' is just recent for me since few months after entering 20 or so...

I used to also have chronic sinus infections/bronchitis/quasi-pneumonia. it only went away when I de-acidified my diet.
