how/why do throats suddenly feel constricted?

Emotion?
Stress?
Swelling from infection?
Lovingly being throttled?

My left leg feels odd.
Like it's numb on the inside.
One of my toes is swollen too.
Will I require amputation?
Maybe I have the gout.
Too much wine.
Blah.

My spine is fine.
I think.
Hard to tell with all the other pain going on.

hopefully it has nothing to do with diabetic neuropathy then.

No, that I haven't.
I avoid doctors.
I'm scared they'll diagnose me with something else.

I feel very old and decrepit today
Perhaps a direct correlation to the amount of drinking I did yesterday.

I don't have the need, hence I'm not sad or disappointed of it's unfulfillment. Unfulfilled things are not one of my true problems... Winning or losing has no meaning, nor any reward or punishment, so it's neither my problem.

My problem is the words and it's realm. My words, everyone's, and the language itself: it's strangling me sometimes.
How I wish this makes any sense.

I'd rather be big than sexy. I've gone into the details earlier on today. I was also having psychic thought of how I was going to look at 40 at the age of 10. I could for see that I would weigh over 200 lbs because of my love for food. I was also predicting that I would take on a male appearance, some way or another.
