I have a couple.

There are too many shades of grey to determine something as black or white.

(Ungramatically correct too, it means that nothing is absolutely certain.)

There is also my signature on languages.

Finally, since I am Mithrandir, "Fly, you fools!" A great last line, simply because it should be "run."
