Yes, I did for I would often spend many hours during the weekends playing various titles with fun & excitement..

I can't really imagine trying to play an NES game now. I would probably give up, just like I gave up trying to find the first dungeon in The Legend of Zelda after dying almost 100 times.

I suppose by today's standards and so forth it would seem bizarre but, in those days it was nice..

Persona 3 gives new meaning to the term 'Atlus Hard'.

.. I've been drinking like, 12 glasses of water everyday. Kept telling my mom to stop directing the electric fan's wind on my face but nope!!
City's summer temperature doesn't help (48 C). Night time chills didn't help the situation either.

And I still can't get rid of this annoyance on my throat. :x Makes me tempted not to sleep these days, but then I have a job to do hahah.

Edna3362, the manner in which you described the annoyance in your throat made me think of a scene from spooky movie--Image

It looks like it's going to be a nice day tomorrow. There's not a cloud in the sky. :)

it's a tough game, but i managed to complete it somehow. :) i plan to tackle the even more difficult sequel soon.

people didn't have internet in those days, yes. i wasn't around but i guess they compensated by hitting up others who beat it or by the nintendo power magazine. getting creative.

there's no shame in looking up a guide IMO especially once it just stops being fun. dying 100 times before having made progress is not fun.

.. Tis not THAT severe!

I don't know, it happens whenever someone is whining about heat while sleeping. Or whenever someone insists that cold is comfortable AT me. :x
How I wish I didn't inherited this allergy. Hell, this allergy is more of a disability and a nuisance, than my own neurology and frustration towards confusing cultures.

Now I'm sucking up on coughing because of it. Especially every after awaking problems.
And meds made it worse. Maybe I'll try again this weekend.

I want to admit to how utterly stupid I can be. Yesterday while in Publix waiting to pay at the cash register I noticed a magazine that had an article on how 2 women lost 100 pounds by walking. Since I walk everyday I came up with the conclusion that it losing that much weight by walking is impossible. I weigh 110 pounds and walk every day for a minimum of 3 miles. Sometimes up to 6. So my freaking little brain actually came up with the conclusion that everyone who walks will lose the same amount of weight from the exercise! How's that for being stupid! Here's the proof that I am possible to put both feet in my mouth: I told my ridiculous conclusion to the kid working at the cash register! I had to tell my little story to a friend to find out that I should of kept my mouth shut. I am ashamed of myself. And feel rather stupid. I'm an Aspie we're not supposed to be stupid! Right?   :(

The one thing that has never made any sense to me is how the notion of having massive number of followers, friends, subscribers, be it pertaining to Facebook,Twitter,Youtube must somehow mean your relevant and popular. In my blatantly honest expression I don't go out of my way to acquire friends rather, if anyone wishes to be my friend they do so in a sincere manner, though if said person(s) turn out to be malign they wind up being exiled & excommunicated permanently both online and in real life.

kazan, I love how you use the words "exiled" and "excommunicated". That makes the statement sound overly dramatic Made me grin so much, and I'm on the bus. :D
