I just had some Baguettes, which are a snack that looks like cute miniature slices of toasted french bread. I was dunking them into a cup of warm V8 Smooth and Seasoned juice. Kind of a savory version of tea and cookies.

Wilted bok choy topped with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce.
First time I've made hollandaise sauce.
Chefs must have some awesome arm muscles.
My arms feel like jelly after all that whisking.
It was worth it though.
Yummy!
