My Mum's in hospital. She fell over yesterday at the nursing home and broke her pelvis. I've got to go see her this morning at 10am.

I hope she is okay, my mom doesn't have great health either and I worry about her so I know how you must feel.

I've been having some weird, heavy duty cravings for junk food lately - chips, pizza, cream, chocolate etc.

Maybe this is my body's way of telling me I need to lay down some fat stores for winter?
