Wonderful. The fruits and veggies that I've eaten today have given me the nutrients that I needed.

But, mum! What if I want to be a fat, German autistic sergeant?

Honestly, CockneyRebel just be happy with who you are regardless. I'll admit I was never going to be super athletic even as a child, for I was bestowed with hypotonia whereby, no matter how much exercise I do I'll never be bulky muscular wise at all. These days, I simply acknowledge who I am despite whatever eccentricities or difficulties I might have..

She seems OK at the moment thanks Kraftie,
She's back to where you can at least converse with her but who knows for how long.

Kinda good that the rain stopped (and looks like it won't start up to any serious amount). Tanks are nearly full.

Would have been a waste of $140 of water otherwise.

Trees are down, fields are flattened, streets are flooded.
Another cleanup.

Reminds me of several storms. Especially three of the strongest I encountered.
First one involved a whole month blackout, fallen poles and trees.
The second one was very famous world wide, that I had to check several of my online friends.
The third one flooded the city I'm living in for the first time in 30+ years with mud and water, thanks to a broken dam and a ran over mountain several miles from my city.

Why oh why did I buy a house amongst 40m gum trees? :x

So I could sooth myself to sleep to the sound of 70km/hr winds twisting their branches?

it is disturbing that the blinkers on cars go on and off when they are deployed.
if someone turns off his blinker and decides to drive straight ahead, i will not know it until i fail to see the next lighting up of his blinker, and i can either think that it is an intermittent phase between the flashing of his blinkers, or that he could have (in the previous 5th of a second) decided to switch off his blinkers, so i can never tell whether the person in front of me wishes to precede in a definite direction.
it is unsettling

also, it drives me to a meltdown when i am stuck in un-moving traffic, and everyone's blinkers are flashing at a different tempo.
some blinkers seem to be coordinated for more than a minute before they start to go out of phase, and then i lose interest in them and see the whole mess of blinkers everywhere going off in a visually cacophonic way.
i hate that.
(blinkers are known as turn indicators in the USA)
