My mother and I went to Boston Pizza for lunch. I had bacon macaroni and cheese, chicken noodle soup, and tiramisu for dessert. It was all delicious. 
I thought tiramisu was maybe Japanese, but it's really Italian. It means "cheer me up" or "pick me up", so it fits.

Cottage cheese, low fat version.
An excellent source of protein (12 g/100 g) at only 69 kcal/100 g.
Has a fairly high salt content, though...
