Mmm....Stockton. I practically lived there. Vegetation is all dead, its always hot, brown smudge in the sky and everyone is trying to shoot or stab each other. Not sure if you ever had the displeasure of driving down 9th street.......all I know is I nearly crapped my pants when I did lol. The bay is DEFINITELY better. I miss eating fish and chips at Pier 39 and watching all the seals sun bathing on the rocks.

Pier 39 is very nice. I prefer Half Moon Bay, though.
I lived in a new housing area in Stockton, the burbs of Stockton. Believe it or not... haha I hated everything about it. Then I ventured outside of it and saw the rest of Stockton... and hated Stockton even more.

Oh... haha No, I only threaten when they start touching me. Besides, I prefer real world consequences. A threat of harm to the offensive body part. Fingers are most common.

So if they were being particularly leering but never actually touching, you wouldn't threaten to cut out the guy's scrotum? Interesting.
Don't think I'll take the risk though; it's probably easier if I don't test the theory out if you get what I'm saying.
I don't know of many people on here who are 'local' in any event so this is a bit of a pointless discussion.
