I'm stressed out about driving tomorrow, all because I have to go a new direction.

A teacher who was shouting

The fact that I have to go into work today. but I keep telling myself that it is my last day of work for the week.

I haven't had a shower or washed my hair in at least two days cuz of the pipe burst fiasco. I feel absolutely filthy.

Darn cold. I had a brain freeze outside today.

I knocked over my drink

I no longer have a place in mind.

I woke up two hours ago at 2am and still can't go back to sleep. And I am useless on little sleep. Why is sleep so hard to come by these days!?

One very thoughtless relative of mine likes to "tag" only certain other relatives in their FB status. While I am usually included, sometimes I am not.

Today I actually was tagged. What irritated me was that while he tagged my sister (as usual) and her husband, my husband was left out. The kicker was, it was a pic of the back nine of a golf course, and my husband is the most avid and by far best golfer in the family. He would have really enjoyed the tag.

My family makes me so sad.

I don't know what to have for dinner tonight.

My caseworker called to set up a meeting and told my mom that the service providers in my area pretty much only provide the one thing that I don't need. Why is there a 12 year waiting list if this is all they provide?

I'm annoyed that they changed my disability employment case worker I used to love looking at her breasts she was a young plumper just the right amount of plump but not to much, I was very very careful with my perving and I was paranoid I creeped her out though all is ok with the world she was removed to a different area and a penis replaced her .

had a big meltdown today,bigger than yesterday.
the staff of mine have said because had had a big meltdown in the trafford centre car park yesterday am not allowed to go to there or any shops ever again incase a member of public gets the wrong idea and phones the police,its the social workers decision.
part of routine is going to the TC once a week and going to shops to get food shopping throughout the week is part of routine as well.
they said staff will go to the local small shop to get anything that want,they stock hardly anything there and there also more expensive.

had not taken this news lightly and ended up trashing room,knocking self out on the wall head banging so theres a big bloody splatter left behind and barely functional hand from punching the walls and self.
how can anyone stop someone from going to a shop,its part of life? supported living is supposed to enable someone to have as normal life as possible whereas it just feels like there intent on controling as a sly punishment.

this f*****g sucks.

why do autistics keep calling this meltdown, it's anxiety , meltdown is some one who is annoyed like if you had to interview a scientoligist or something , anxiety can only be reduced rarely fully controlled .
