Pokemon Go: 10 Kilometer Eggs (Wanda x Spark)

Wanda was the type of girl who would catch every Pokemon that came into view, spin every Poke stop that she passed, and took every challenger to the Gym that she had snagged, and did not plan on letting go of it.

She was walking down the sidewalk, looking for another Poke Stop, her impossibly green-eyed Jigglypuff, Puffles, was following behind her. She whirled around, hearing running behind her.

"PIDGEY AT TWELVE O'CLOCK!!" A guy with spiky blonde hair who looked to be around her age whizzed by, knocking into Puffles.

"H-Huh?! Who was that!?" She questioned, pondering if she should go after him. She soon diddn't have a choice, as Puffles ran as quickly as she could after him. "Puffles! Waaaiiit!" She wailed. She was used to leisurely strolls, not sprinting.

"I caught it!!" Spark shouted, jumping in joy. Wanda panted, finally catching up to him. "You need... To watch... Where--" she was cut off by a violent shaking in her bag. She shuffled around in her bag to find that one of her egg incubators was empty and there was a cute, blue snake like Pokemon was slithering around amongst her Potions and Poke balls, mixed with broken eggshells. "Dratini~" she chirped, cutely.

The blonde turned around to see a girl that was rather short compared to him, with bright purple hair tied up in a ponytail, a red hoodie, and she was holding the Jigglypuff that was the 'rock' that he almost tripped over. "Thanks for making me hatch my egg..." The shorter girl muttered. "But you need to watch where your going, okay?"

The spiky haired guy smirked. "Yeah, sure." He rolled his eyes. "Say, who are you? I'm Spike, from Team Instinct. Level 40."

Wanda internally gasped. "I-I-I'm Wanda... Team Valor. I only made it to..." She looked at her phone, seeing how many EXP points that 10km Egg earned her. "Level 20." Her newly hatched Dratini slithered onto her shoulder.

Spark looked at her, amused. "So we're rivals, then." He felt his phone vibrate, and looked at it. Proffesor Willow apparently wanted him for something. "Well, hopefully fate will put us together again. See ya!" He said, running off in the direction he came.

"Yeah, hopefully." she thought.

I absolutely love your enthusiasm Midnightstar. The way a Special Interest should be pursued!

Pity you're not into Astronomy, Mathematics or Myna Birds. That reminds me, have I 't o l d' you about Myna Birds?

This was my dinner. A fried bacon and egg roll with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. YUMMY!

I've exhausted myself. I'm going to bed with a cup of hot Milo, my Kindle and my electric blanket.

Good night all

Is it cold where you are?

I guess even 8 Degree temperatures might induce somebody to use an electric blanket.

Interesting...

So my Qemu Windows image that I was using to boot Windows on Linux was actually a raw disk image and was not in any format so I wrote that to a physical disk and booted Windows natively from it. It worked and thats cool but thats not whats interesting. Whats interesting is my persistent latency issue. Running the video card with MSI interrupts enabled in a virtual environment still has some audio issues but they come and go depending on what I am doing. Recording video and audio or playing Alice Madness Returns all see dips in performance related to the audio latency. Now here is where its gets strange, if I boot straight into Windows natively, a lot of these games run better but a few ran sufficiently worse almost as if being in a virtual environment actually increased the performance. Now note I am still in MSI mode booting natively so I am thinking maybe the performance will increase if I get out of that but performance seems to be some what dependent for better and for worse on rather you are in a virtual environment.

Here I am running in virtual environment, FPS are decent but I am thinking it might be better native. However that might not always be the case, I think I want to create a video showing the performance between Qemu and native Windows.

Thanks ImAnAspie.
I can't do that once I leave home. And I admit I often push things until I did all I had to do or felt was my duty or I feel massively unproductive. Until I can't and end up beating myself up for being unproductive anyway, it's a couple of days I need then. I already cried a couple of times in the toilets where I have group work. It was just too much and you pay back all you bottle up.

To continue to talk to myself from what will probably be the last page which will probably just make me look even more crazy lol but...

Here is what I am using to boot Qemu, I don't know why I am having so many audio issues.

Code:
cp /usr/share/edk2.git/ovmf-x64/OVMF_VARS-pure-efi.fd /tmp/my_vars.fd

QEMU_AUDIO_DRV=alsa qemu-system-x86_64 \
    -enable-kvm \
    -m 16384 \                                        #Dedicates 16 GBs of RAM
    -cpu host,kvm=off \                               #Nvidia Fix
    -smp cores=7 \                                    #Sets number of cores
    -device vfio-pci,host=09:00.0 \                   #Passes through Video Card
    -device vfio-pci,host=09:00.1 \                   #Passes through Video Card's Audio
    -device vfio-pci,host=00:12.0 \                   #Passes through USB Controller
    -drive if=pflash,format=raw,readonly,file=/usr/share/edk2.git/ovmf-x64/OVMF_CODE-pure-efi.fd \
    -drive if=pflash,format=raw,file=/tmp/my_vars.fd \
    -hda /dev/sda \                                   #Boots from Hard Drive
-net nic -net bridge,br=br0                       #Configures Network

# Older Settings

# -soundhw ac97
# Emulates Sound, removed for horrible quality and latency

# QEMU_ALSA_DAC_BUFFER_SIZE=4096 QEMU_AUDIO_DRV=alsa
# Uses host alsa sound driver

# QEMU_AUDIO_DRV=pa
# Uses host pulseaudio sound driver

# -hda /home/administrator/windows10.qcow \
# Boot From raw image file

Anti masturbation pamphlet from the 18th century:

"Onania, or the Heinous Sin of self-Pollution, And All Its Frightful Consequences . . . "

http://english.byu.edu/facultysyllabi/K ... ONANIA.pdf

Evidently if you survive even the first time you do it, you are likely to get TB ("consumptions"), your thin gruel of a seminal fluid will spawn children who die, and if you're lucky you'll only get epilepsy.

Wow, I wonder what the same author would make of something really dangerous like vaping? (that is irony / sarcasm btw).
