people who believe money = happiness are mentally stable and never suffered depression. im poor and i eat sand though

how can u trust someone who mentioned that they have thoughts of not wanting to be around, and at the same day they mentioned that they want kids someday.

The forum game of In One Word, Describe How You Feel Right Now seems very useful. I'd thought that for a while, myself, and then I read an article which asserted that having a rich emotional vocabulary could help people understand their feelings, and thus manage their emotional well-being more effectively.

I also think people will learn a lot from just remaining with their emotions and breathing calmly, but in situations where one doesn't want to do that, naming and controlling can help as a temporary measure.
