It's a bit chilly here right now (cloudy/rainy days and nights). I think bowls will be called off tomorrow.

Sometimes I feel that I even have to be on my best behviour, here at WP. I don't want to get in trouble by anybody, or attacked for that matter.

Tis my birthday on saturday and I will the the big ONE SEVEN!! Yippeeeee I'll be old enough to learn how to drive. (And old enough to go on the adult forums on here yay)

Watched that program about the tsunami where the survivers talk about it and that, was very sad but my mum thought I wasn't bothered because I wasn't bawling my eyes out like she was. I'm sick of her making assumptions, I was very bothered!! !

Happy Birthday for Saturday, MONKEY !

I have 2 things I want to accomplish today :
Buy a magnetic door stop for the stupid door in the hall that slams shut all the time :x
and buy some Hopi Ear Candles to give my ears a good clean.
:D I've never tried them before, so it will be interesting.

Here in Holland there this tradition of letting off fireworks just after the new year started. Other countries do this as well but not all. Here one is allowed to let the stuff off on December 31 but le moment supreme is at 00h00 of course and than one/two hours of madness where nearly everybody goes out on the streets, letting off the fireworks they bought. Still a lost bang here and there after those first two hours of the new year but slowly muting away after that.

Not all countries do this, I thought but here in Holland a lot of people buy whole boxes filled with all sorts of fireworks. Added up the lot buys for over € 50 million of the stuff yearly.

And here I'm thinking.... how afraid will the animals be? (with all those loud noises and all the fuzz)
