You might like this. Usually I listen to it when I'm sad though, so maybe not a god idea if it has that effect on you too....

Thank you! I am feeling a bit better...But that may be because I've mostly spent the day listening to songs and watching anime.

I told a therapiest once that I often didn't want to get out of bed, so she said "just stay in bed then" for a whole day or two. What she meant is that it's ok to just take a break sometimes, as long as you don't start doing it All the time :wink:
