the last thing i ate was my dinner and it consisted of 2 small quiches. they were "quiche lorraines.".
after i finished eating them i drank 600 ml of coffee flavoured milk.

i am starting to become aware of saturated fats, and i know my dinner was not very healthy, but it was what i wanted..

i will always do what i want rather than what i should do. i have little discipline.

I just got back from the weekly Brother's Pizza car show/cruise. I had an Iancredible sub. I could not finish it. It has chicken strips, cheesesteak meat, onion rings, mozzarella cheese sticks, french fries and mushrooms with marinara sauce... I have lunch for tomorrow

I love this topic I always check it first.

I love it when people describe the food they eat here. I always want to know more about it though, but I don't post and ask because that would just weird people out too much LOL.................. but anyway I some times don't know for sure what most people are talking about, especially you US folks when you talk about different types of take "out" things, but they sound so good to me anyway.

I always wonder about the time on posts too. Is it dinner, breakfast, lunch or late at night. Is it the person who posted's time or my time?

Any way I have just had a late night snack. 2 Goat chedar and home grown cherry tomatoes (mmmmm love those sweet little things, totaly worth the trouble of trying to cut them up to sit nicely on crackers) and salt and pepper on organic rice and corn cakes. (a cracker type thing only larger and round). 2 Organic Avacado (mushed up not sliced)with french dressing with salt and pepper on same crackers. Cup of milky org tea. Now I am after something sweet......................mmmmm what can I find.LOL

Spaghetti bolognaise, with onions, chilli and garlic, covered in mild cheddar. I'm not a parmesan fan.
