I tried to learn Sign Language and even did a course, in Australia its called Auslan I found it hard as I have a learning disability and I ended up losing interest.
I had a friend who was deaf but she wasn't very patient with me and signed to someone else that I was stupid (I knew that sign) that upset me.

I took a course and I loved deaf culture and sign language (ASL here in the US). But my attention span isn't the best so the final exam was too stressful since I kept spacing out and missing the signs.

My current obsession is crime dramas and vampires. I've had vampires for a few years now but Crime Dramas is new in the past year. The crime drama that I'm most obsessed with is Castle. Others include Bones, NCIS and NCIS:LA, and Fringe. I'm also thinking of including Elementary and Beauty and the Beast in that list.

Ugh, some friend she was. I would've signed something rude back to her. I find it fairly easy to learn the hand signs, but I struggle to do the facial expressions naturally enough.

Facial expressions are hard for me as well.
I haven't seen her since I'm not one to forgive and forget and once someone does something hurtful to me I don't have anything to do with them.
