A 'reset' medication that can cure any ailment in the human body or mind, and put it back to default settings.

If the lump of frozen air was merely exposed, it would not vaporize fast enough to make much difference. If it was blown up to increase the surface area, interesting things would happen, probably including tropical snow storms. However, I certainly like the idea of solid air dispensers for personal cooling suits, and now, for sanitary air.

A "reset" pill to homogenize us would wipe out all the best as well as the worst.

I don't mean homogenize us so we are all the same. I mean a personal factory reset, so that we go back to our natural personality and natural physical health.

Mind-Swap Technology.

Have you ever head the phrase "Never judge a person until you have walked in their shoes"?

Imagine a bully who beats him victim so badly that the victim remains an invalid for life, while the bully retains the relative freedom of residing in a healthy body for the remainder of his days.  Now imagine the judge hands down a sentence of Mind Swap.  The bully wakes up one morning as a quadriplegic, while his victim wakes up the same morning in a healthy body.  Their lives go one from then.

Or maybe an 18-year old punk who just murdered his girlfriend and her family is forced to mind-swap with a 90-year old billionaire philanthropist who has built dozens of hospitals and tuition-free colleges.

Or maybe something as simple as two trans-gendered people trading bodies to become the sex they always felt they should be.

Fair and Just?  I think so.

^^ That's the main plot in stories about karma and reincarnation, and science has turned up children with accurate memories of past events.

I've read a few -- mostly romanticized revenge stories.

There is no apparent difference between children who have allegedly be reincarnated and children who have been coached and prompted to present themselves as if they had been reincarnated.  If you have links to valid scientific studies (and no some nonsense written by people like Ian Stevenson) supporting reincarnation, then please post them.  Otherwise, such a claim is both unbelievable and irrelevant.

If I remember you the next time I run across the references I will, but that name is not familiar. Earth is designed to protect you from proof of the supernatural, so I don't put any effort into trying. However, I would be very surprised if you have never had a single uncanny experience. They are easy to dismiss and forget, because they don't fit the pattern, but sometimes the odds are beyond astronomical.
One night, I fell asleep early, and then re-awoke, so I was still up at 2:30 AM. My roommate got me to call out to a pedestrian, 3 floors down. It turned out that he was looking for our address, but had it written down wrong, so he soon came back. Then it turned out that he and I had been pen-pals years before. I was able to help him and several friends immigrate.

A reliable system to identify habitual liars and set off warning alarms. It might then research their habitual patterns, and their current statement to refine the alarm.

You mean a button in the side of your head that someone could push, if you had a meltdown, so that you could "reboot"?

How about an alarm that goes of the instant someone gets to the last 2 or 3 layers on the toilet paper roll?
