:oops: My fault....the sentences were too much

I really would like to decide about this because I don't feel too good...but I know I could push through SOME kind of a workout...but idk if it'd be worth it. I know I won't sleep again if I don't run though....but my body was used to the routine and now it is screwed up! This is making me unhappy!

i don't have meltdowns often but ive had a couple of things that happened that i suspect could have been meltdowns. What are they like? If im right and they were meltdowns, i almost went to jail (gaol :P) over it.
