I could treat my anxiety, pass on the doc, forget the store, sneak into therapy and then bail, that might work better and gives me another hour to meltdown here. So long as I came in the back way, the clinic would not see me 8)

I might just miss it, I had just been in there, they aren't going to do anything new but I've blown my therapist off three times now

I am going to be late soon but maybe some music will help...

...at max volume lol

My psychiatrist, the one who's known me for years. The one who knows me as well as I know myself. The one who was with me for the years I've been in the psych hospital for rehab and depression?!?!

He always acts like my best friend and second last visit, I told him I was going off the rails. Last visit, I never showed up for and he didn't even ring or text me to see if I was okay. Which I wasn't. Some caring friend/doctor.

I sent him an email and all it said was, "WHY?"

I got no response!

That wasn't my point. There are good ones out there that I believe do genuinely care. You've just got to find them.

I'll call my case manager and see if someone can pick up for therapy but I am not dealing the doc, no way in Be'er Shachat.

dcj. I've got to charge my phone so the alarm will wake me up in about 3 hours. If I don't charge it, it won't have the power it needs to give me the electric shock to wake me up.

Didn't you read what I said about the electric shock?

Have you ever heard of the electric shock alarm clock app?

No actually I haven't,

But I had some pretty bad thoughts on what you might be able to do with a 1200 Watt PSU

What it is is an app called "The Electric Shock Alarm Clock" app.

Your phone has to be fully charged and you get a special USB cable that you plug into your phone and the other end has a wrist strap that you put around your wrist and when the alarm goes off, it gives you an electric shock to wake you up. 8O

The app's got a few bugs though. Sometimes when you press the snooze button, it doesn't register and you keep getting shocked.

I'll tell you what though. It certainly wakes you up! 8O

They also sell a special gel that you can put on your wrist to make sure the shock gets through. It's like being woken up by the electric chair!
