BLT with organic heirloom tomatoes picked from our greenhouse an hour ago.
(I can't take any credit; I only garden in emergencies. Don't like to wear gloves and don't like dirty hands.

for dinner:
1. deep fried T-bone steak
2. 2 fried eggs
3. 4 mushrooms cooked in butter.

i keep all ingredients separate. i eat the mushrooms from the saucepan first. the eggs are dished onto one plate and the steak on another plate.
the eggs are just set and the yolk is still runny and i poke the eggs with a fork and sprinkle worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt onto them and i consume them quickly. the whites are not important and i left most of the whites for the garbage can.
i cook steak and sausages in a deep fryer at 190 degrees celsius for however long is necessary. the t-bone steak, if i cooked it on the frypan, would take 4 minutes on each side to be cooked to my satisfaction, so 4 minutes in the deep fryer is sufficient (as it cooks from both sides simultaneously), and it cooks every little nook and cranny and it is the best way to cook it.

i ate the steak with barbecue sauce. no salt necessary.

100 calorie servings are a joke. I'm going to eat another one.
