midnight meal of quasi goulash made of canned chicken veg. soup, onion soup, brown rice, half bag of waffle-cut dehydrated potato slices, most of a can of shredded corned beef, some leftover marinara sauce.

Trying to eat better again. I don't cook and I'm a ditz cook.if you even can say that. No focus for it. But I try to pay attention, usually.
So it was a sandwich cereal bread, some cheese, fish + a salad of cucumbers with light cream and spices and a banana.
Nothing extraordinary but compared to how I've been eating for a couple of months that's decent.

That's weird, I was looking at some chocolate coconut water just yesterday and wondered if I should try it.

I just now ate a piece of crystalized ginger -- but it's a bit "hotter" than I like and now I want to eat or drink something cooling. I like ginger but more when it's a bit mellow rather than super-gingery.
