Wow, what are you doing there?! Were you unaffected by the 'spring offensive'? Any job leads for civil infrastructure design and construction supervision ;)

Been a soldier my entire adult life (hopefully getting out of it come 2014), there's not a whole lot they can pull on me at this point. If you can figure out how to deal with the local government and get them on the correct priorities I'm certain there's extremely ample room for such positions.
