What the absolute F

This laptop I am suppose to fix is a freaking European plug and the adapter they gave me would technically blow the computer up according to specs...

There is no way I am working on this, I have no way of knowing if the power brick or any other component is good and with the above fact actually connected to the freaking PC , I doubt very seriously that everything is good.
