Salad with low fat turkey and fixins and fat free Italian dressing, fat free cherry yogurt, flavored water.
Hope it digests. :mrgreen:

Made myself some crumpets with peanut butter on them. Before that though, I had a really nice dinner of chicken, mashed potatoes and broccoli 8)

98% fat free broccoli cheese soup made with fat free almond milk and a fat free cherry yogurt - that's about all I can digest at the moment.
