I cry whenever I listen to any song that Vera Lynn has recorded. Perhaps, I should listen to a song of hers and try to get the pain and wrath I feel towards old Loretta out of my system.

I feel much better, now.

If it took me 20 years to learn how to greet without being unnatural, how long would it be before I could do the same with gratitude?

first clear day in a while. took this opportunity to remove the stuff from the boot my my car and try AGAIN to dehumidify it, let everything evaporate. and hopefully diminish that awful mildewy stench. cleaned the rug, took it out and let it evaporate, cleaned up all the water in the spare tire well once more and discovered two other places in there where water had accumulated and drained those too.

while doing so, i managed to find the tool bag with the jack rod and lug nut wrench! i though the previous owner had lost it! that might explain why the water there was particularly filthy, the bag wasn't exactly clean to begin with i imagine.

hopefully this holds for at least a while. and now i'm prepared for a flat.

I agree. The word "sarcasm" itself has a mean, abrasive sound.

Apparently sarcasm comes from two Greek words that mean 'flesh' and 'tear/tearing flesh', and was gradually adopted by the French into the word we know today.

Again, it can be funny if you use it non-meanly. I mean, come on, someone as sweet as me can use it!

I guess. I just find it condescending, and rather pointed, regardless of how it's used.

I am always a busy guy, but I try and find time to be here, as well.
