Especially if said jerk is favored by the bosses for some unknown reason.
Something I will always remember about all the Tony Attwood videos I have seen:

Tell your boss you can't comprehend social niceties and are completely disinterested in 'one upmanship games'
Tell your boss you're just here to work and put One Hundred percent
of your energy into it

I tried to lead her on to an understanding.
I tried to be "The Power of One"
Maybe I was, maybe I failed,
maybe it was a waste of my time,
maybe it was the most important thing Mith and her husband needed to hear, right now,
maybe they'll never read it!
The important thing is,
You are VERY real,
and your life and experiences touch us all
and we need you to share the joys most of all so we can all enjoy a collective
... but also to carefully warn our fellow WPers of the grim dangers that
this Aspy life entails.
Don't let us down, Meadow, you are wonderfull!
All of us Aspies are Wonderfull!

Good advice, syzygyish. I don't think it exactly applies to my husband, though. He is very sensitive to the "BS" that goes on and is very determined to enforce justice at all costs.
I, however, am oblivious. I am content to just do my job and let the hens peck eachother to death.

Oh noes!
I just found out J.D. Salinger has died!
Probably the most famous undiagnosed Aspy in the world!
When I try to be helpful and hopeful and positive and inspiring to everyone here,
He's the guy that I am subconsciously channeling!
"The Catcher in the Rye" was Such a beautifull story!
It reverberates within me... I AM the catcher in the rye!
But only on WP.
