"Great Value" decaffeinated green tea with soya milk. Their tea doesn't taste very nice as such, but I add half a pearl of "Jasmine Pearls Green Tea," which gives it a nice jasmine flavour without significantly upping the caffeine content. Although "Jasmine Pearls" is way too expensive per ounce, half a pearl is pretty cheap - the recommended serving is way more than that. Rather than mess about chopping the pearl in half, I add one pearl to 2 tea bags and make 2 cups at a time. I wouldn't bother, but I drink a lot of tea, and it's not as fiddly as it may look once you get used to the process. As usual, I get excellent bang for buck, and AFAIK it's the only decaffeinated green tea with jasmine in the whole universe. You can't buy it.
