I'm probably going to be one of the only part timers working at my company, by the time spring comes around. The other part timers that I work with are so scared of snow, that they won't come into work if there's a tiny bit of snow on the ground.

We've only had snow that one morning and it was less than 2 inches. If there's 3 inches of snow or less, the part time people in my company are supposed to come into work and pick up litter. If the snow is more than 4 inches, that's when we don't come into work. A lot of the part timers are confused about that. My boss said, "So the other person didn't make it today. He's supposed to be here."
