WHOA, wrong -- no, I cannot. I get entirely confused by movies because I hyper focus on small details such as the style of someone's hair clip. I forget to pay attention. I have no facial recognition skills so I can't tell people apart if there is more than a few characters. I am clueless with motive, so anything with politics or strategy or espionage escapes me. I can't make predictions and I don't read non-verbal cues. Movies are brutally difficult for me. I even got confused in Sleeping Beauty, having no idea why dragons were fighting. My Visual Learning IQ was in the 2nd percentile. 3 is very very true.

Reading is different because I can back up and re-read at leisure, and choose my own books. I don't have to read non-verbal.

I'm OK with the noise, usually, but I can't stand the people / crowds, or the confusion of most plots.

I wanted to see Book Club until I heard it was about 50 Shades. I have a bias against 50 shades. If that guy was ugly or a visible minority, women would call him a psycho. It's racist. So, I couldn't see Book Club even though I have a crush on Diane Keaton.

Sorry for the rant. LOL. I hope you enjoyed the film and had a nice visit with your mom.

I took a Wolfie nap...and will probably fall asleep again soon.

1. I’ve read “Joy of Sex.”

2. I’ve read “Anything you always wanted to know about sex, but were afraid to ask.”

3. I’ve read the Kinsey reports on human sexuality.

I'm glad you recovered. I had mine removed but it didn't rupture. I know a guy who died when his ruptured at a party. He thought he was just intoxicated. :(

Wow. Hopefully the alcohol kept him from going out in too much pain at the very least. Sure it doesn't make the fact that he died any better, but it's better than suffering.

1 is correct—though I’ve looked at a few pictures in it.

Being an acrobat does not guarantee that a person is a good lover.

1. I was good at Chinese handball at Russell Sage Junior High.

2. I was good at punchball at Robert Wagner Junior High.

3. I listened to “Lady Marmalade” in a phone booth during a hail-filled thunderstorm.

I actually made a little bit of a reputation for myself as a power-hitting punchball player.

1. I was good at dodgeball because I was short and chubby.

2. I was good at basketball because I was short. (Yes, it's possible for a short person to be good at basketball---he/she can go under all the tall people's arms and legs, and drive to the basket).

3. I sucked at baseball because....I just sucked.

Good morning, Kortie. 8)
I think 3. Although I'm sure you didn't actually suck.

Good Morning, Isabella. I hope you are feeling content.

The answer is #2. I was fair-to-middling (at times) at basketball----but rarely "good" in an objective sense.

Thank you, Wolfman. I'm feeling well rested and calm today.

1. I found a beautiful, framed sketch of Paris in my storage room.
2. I found an antique lithograph which belonged to my great grandmother.
3. I found a really sweet drawing I did as a child, of me on the "mucky doos" (a.k.a. monkey bars).

Perhaps #1---perhaps you found a beautiful, finished painting of Paris, rather than a sketch.

I was too cowardly to go on the monkey bars when I was a kid.

My problem with writing was in how I spaced the letters. I did okay with the letters themselves. There was a sample of writing from when I was close to 7 which showed me writing "up and down," basically---not keeping to the line.

I used to think I "thought" I had heard the "sliding pond" called the "sliding pond," rather than just the "slide." But it turned out I was right LOL
