I'd like to say goodnight to everybody, here at WP. I must leave this home for at least 5-6 hours at the least, and 9 hours, at the most. This is my second last post. I'll miss you.

The one thing I really hated the most when my stepdad put me in government school was the gossip, backstabbing, and drama in general.

V for Vendetta has one of the most epic endings I've ever seen in a movie. It made me feel empowered, and I like it.

[rant]

I hate humanity. I just read an article about a woman who is sueing Experian for their "freecreditreport.com" service because *gasp* they charged her money for it!!

If you actually READ what you're agreeing to before you press the "I agree" button, you'd know that you get a free trial period and then are charged a monthly fee. And there are people commenting that they actually agree that this is false advertising and Experian should be sued!! ! WTF? It clearly states to you that you will be charged if you don't cancel after the free trial period. How oh HOW is that false advertising.
WTF did you think they were going to use the credit card information you entered for??

First of all, I can't honestly believe that people are getting in an uproar because they believe they should be given a service for FREE. They actually feel entitled to it and are offended that they're being charged. Secondly, they don't read what their signing and give out their credit card info friviously without understanding what the information is going to be used for.

Everyone who does this and actually agrees that its the company's fault seriously needs to die.
One of these days I'm going to go on a murderous rampage and rid the world of a few more stupid people.
Unfortuantely there's about 3 billion more go to. >.<

The Internet is my connection to the modern world. It gets me out of my time warp, a little.

I'll be back, in 5 minutes. I'm walking home for lunch, today. I spend less money, get more exercise and eat less calories, that way.

I'm watching the mother of all cult classics, and it's awesome. "Let's do the Time Warp again!"

I'm drinking a melon flavoured cruiser which doesn't taste very melon-y at all.

thursday and friday was spent completing my first aid training - as a pre-requisite for other certification that i am pursuing.

today (saturday) i was up at 0430 and helped my oldest* and best friend and his lovely wife move house. (* we have been friends for 20 years)

i attended a baby celebration/gift giving/dinner etc (baby shower?) this evening for the little sister of said best friend. i regard her as my little sister also :)

i am exhausted, over socialised, over stimulated, and a touch drunk... :bounce: :hic: :tired:

The thing that I like about WrongPlanet is that it's a democracy, instead of the social dictatorship that I grew up, with. On that note, I'll listen to The Kinks.
