Now I have a bit worn over 5-year-old stepdown glasses, and a new glasses that is almost twice as big, and almost twice as strong in diatoms and durability. :lol:

I never knew that my native Māori language didn't, until now, have its own word for "autism". I guess we previously either transliterated the English word (e.g., ōtihumu) or just used English outright.

But, now in 2017 we have one: "takiwātanga". According to the person who came up with the word, it comes from the idea of "tōku/tōna anō takiwā" – referring to a person developing in "my/their own time and space" (and thus in my/their own way).
