When people on this site say they hate it or complain about people on it or that they are quitting WP, I wonder if it's because of me. I know I haven't said some very nice things on this site, usually in response to someone who said something misogynistic, racist, anti-autistic, anti-vax and so on.

^ I doubt it's because of you. It seems most of the people who threaten to leave usually return, and I think it's probably due to a meltdown. Or they may just feel really uncomfortable about having offended someone without intending to.

When I say I am thinking about leaving the site, its because I am extremely asocial and maybe even a bit antisocial and I am isolating hard in real life, I have never been this isolated before and its pretty nice. Still, its possible that maybe people leave because of internal reasons and not because of others. The world is not about you kinda of thing, I would not worry about it or feel that my inadequacies led to them leaving.

I isolate because I am a sinful person, not because those around me are sinful. My actions bring me more grief then others in any given situation, when others hurt me. I see their motives and the state of their heart and I see that I am not much different then them and can forgive them. I cannot forgive myself,
