Oh, so they finally opened the network up to the general public! I recall reading about a rumoured 3G network in Pyongyang, but cellphones where still banned when I read that...

I think the network that they are offering is limited.


I found some articles online that claims thousands of people got subscribed.


One said that 6000 people got the service within two weeks.
