I mean, me! not my dog!

And I dont know what to do. I dont think it's natural for me to shed hair this much. Normally I shed most of my hair during and after I take a shower but I seem to shed tons of hair everyday. This is one of the many reasons why I can never live with other people (except my family) cause it pisses them off when I shed more hair than I can clean up.

And this isn't short hair either...this is long brown hair I shed so you can see it everywhere.

I'm worried. Help pwease? :?

P.S., no I dont have cancer...it's probably just a bad shampoo I'm using.

I have long hair and shed a lot, too. I never brush it or run my fingers through it unless I'm standing in front of the bathroom mirror, then sweep up what falls--that seems to cut down on it getting everywhere.

Do you also have oily skin and bad acne?

Yeah kinda...is that related to it by any chance? Any remedies to assist me?

If you are a girl, it is most likely related to hormonal fluctuations (which can affect your skin as well). I shed a lot of hair too, particularly during my period (sorry if that is TMI). The only thing that has ever helped was pregnancy. I bearly even shedded a single hair for almost a year. I really do not recommend getting knocked up to keep the drain clear though :) !

Are you on any medications? I started losing a lot of my hair when I was on medication. I couldn't run my hands through my hair without pulling out tons of it and my floor had a lot of my hair on it. I think I was worse than a dog shedding hair. When I took a shower it took me 10 extra minutes of just standing there running my hands through my hair endlessly taking out more and more of it. I didn't get any bald spots though but I got off of it soon and it took awhile for it to stop shedding.
