im back, after a very long absence...

well im not sure many will have noticed, but im back! after being absent for a very long time.
not much has changed, im a bit older, a bit wiser (hehe) apart from 1 thing...
i did have a hole in my left eardrum that had been there for as long as i can remember, but on thurs 27th aug i had an op to seal it over, and right now im still in the recovery stage, but i go back to work tomorrow and i have all of that special packing material they put into my ear out on monday

yea i seem to be ok in myself in regards to recovering and stuff but ive gotta wait til monday to see if the op was a success or not, because i was told there was only an 80% chance it will be successful, and a 20% chance the hole will come back and ill need another op
i dont want another op, the anaesthetic needle was bad enough, let alone all the pain i got right afterwards!!
