bdhkhsfgk - is your special interest water?

Here is a link to the Milltown Dam Cam
http://www.clarkfork.org/water-watch/mi ... m-cam.html

Milltown Dam was removed due to the high concentrations of toxic chemical buildup behind it. The Upper Clark Fork is now being cleaned out and restored.

Last month I went on a hike with 2 friends up White Mountain in California. It was a hot, dry hike, 24 km up to an elevation of 4342 m. I kept pushing my friends to drink water. I drank 6 liters and only peed twice.

One of my friends, though, drank too much water for his body to absorb.

Then at rugby practice the next week, someone asked him him if he wanted some water and he said no, and I explained he had a bad experience with water recently <grin>.

In an episode of the show Bullsh*t', Penn and Teller went to an environmental summit, and circulated a petition to ban (chemists help me), either 'oxygen dihydride', or 'hydrogen oxide', and it was signed by a goodly number...;)

I LOVE water! I drink it more than anything else & love to swim in it. But I prefer the ocean to swimming pools (for some reason, I don't like Chlorine). I could go on & on...

It's dihydrogen monoxide. And it's very dangerous - inhaling it can kill you!

The only time in my life that I regret I was chasing water for dear life was when I was visiting the office of my former huge idol.

I was in a very unique and rare situation and far from everybody managed to get into her office at the first place but I did. I was there waiting for the idol to come there and claim my gifts to her,

but I WAS THIRSTY!! !! !! !!

So I said to the staff, I go chase some water while waiting for her and I walked out the street...

Because of that I almost missed the idol. And I can still regret I couldnt wait a bit longer for that water even if I dont care about that idol anymore...
