So you all are definately the smartest people I know by far. Many great minds. Anyway, I am having MAC issues. About 3 days ago, I was prompted to download the newest version of Adobe Flash player 10 and ever since then, my flash has not worked at all. Whenever I go to a site that has flash I get this message,

"this page has content of MIME type “application/x-shockwave-flash”, but you don’t have a plug-in for this MIME type. This page may have the plug-in for you to download and install:

http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/dow ... kwaveFlash"

I have gone to the site and downloaded and installed the player and it never works. I have uninstalled it and tried again. I have tried reinstalled version 9, I have visisted many Mac help sites and tried repairing permissions, changing settings, etc. None of its worked!! !

This is really frustrating, can any of you help? Can you direct me to a good site that can?

thanks!

best option, go to the nearest apple store and go to their genius bar.
