I tend to look at architecture and think oh that's amazing and I've seen coasters etc. and this thought came to me (not sure if it's possible) Do you know Wonder Woman's Invisible Jet? Imagine the train and rails etc. are made of clear metal (or whatever those tracks/train are made of) So you are flying in mid air on nothing (It LOOKS like nothing but the tracks are clear as is the train so it looks like you are flying for real (from the ground looking up) What do you think?

If by clear you mean transparent, or close to transparent, clear metal doesn't exist. Some rides have the track above you, so you dangle, like flight, but it still looks like a ride from the ground.

Plexi and plastic polymers can be strong enough, however, they dont stand up to heat and friction. You could theoritically build a life sized transparent roller coaster, but not a functional one =P

It would best to stick with steel.

When architects and urban developers build scale models, what do they use?
