there were these pins that were sold a long time ago at my local Hallmark that looked like real spiders. So real in fact that someone tried swatting one from my ball cap in a movie theater when me and my family was seeing the original Toy Story. Haven't seen it or any since.

There was a website that sold them but they're long since defunct. I did manage to use the wayback machine to lift a couple images to show you what I'm talking about:

So, if you've seen these anywhere at a store where you live, have seen them on the internet or own one and want to get rid of it, please let me know.

If there is any way you could figure out who owned the url to the website, you could send an email to them?

I did. No reply. There were two. A personal and a sales e-mail account. Even a phone number. As luck would have it, my phone can't call out of state.

Bummer. Looks like they could perhaps be made easily enough with Fimo and some sort of wire, then hand painted.

Or just go out into the garden hunting armed with a net and bug spray :wink:
