some learn by reading, some don't and can't.

What's the difference between reading a book and reading the same words on a computer screen? More ergonomic, I think. Your head isn't angled downward but looking straight ahead.

"you ungrateful lot"? wtf?

Yeah, he was the Angel in Dogma...;)
Or was he the bad guy in the first Die Hard movie? I can never remember...;)

Actually, I've read all 7 books.

No, he was the Sheriff of Nottingham, and he'll cut your heart out. WITH A SPOON!

I say "you ungrateful lot" when I have as special treat for you all, of which you should be grateful. Usually in the form of useful or entertaining weblinks. This link to free audio books is gold mine for those who love free audio books.

20 points from Gryffindor for swearing to your elders!

Maybe should I listen to 1 or 2 or more of them to get the accent.

... But then, I'm sure I won't understand much of them (too many words I won't know).

I guess the best way, for me, would be to read and listen at the same time.

When I saw you put "Le comte de Monte-Cristo" in your list, I went like
I love that novel!

You need to have a good concentration but if you have it, it's a wonderful story to read!
