Hello people,

Before I go all Academy Awards on you,
this mockumentary-style thread will answer some
questions people here have about me.
Here I present: AnonymousAnonymous Speaks!

Many of you don't know me as the guy who is anti-reality TV
and as a student in a 2-year college in Portland, Oregon.
I am the guy who wants to travel and recently moved into
a new house. I am the guy who has an imaginary girlfriend.
The "A" stands for me, AnonymousAnonymous.

Why did you pick your username as so?

A: Because nobody at my high school alma mater
liked me and made fun of me behind my back.
My username is a non-offensive riff on AlcoholicsAnonymous
and how I feel being alone IRL.

Why do you want a girlfriend who is Catholic
and has epilepsy?

A: Fear of judgement if I date a non-Catholic.
I am Catholic and grew up as a Catholic.

Why do you like independent movies?

A: Because people who see independent movies
tend to be more open-minded and appreciate the craft
and energy that went into making an independent movie.

What are your political views?

A: I am proud to be a liberal Democrat, but there
are some views of Republicans I agree with.
I support abortion without reservation,
I support making same-sex marriage rights into law,
am against the Iraq War, and want our troops
to come home by the summer of 2011, as President Obama indicated
in one of his speeches. The way BOTH Republicans
and Democrats are acting over health care reform has
a personal reaction of "Who Cares?"

What are your religious views?

A: I was baptised into Catholicism at the age of 3.
I had my first communion/confession three years later, my mom
yelled at me for crying during my first communion ceremony.
And was confirmed in 2005.

Now, there's a lot I don't agree with the Catholic Church.
I believe in the Holy Trinity. I don't agree with the Church's
views towards women, abortion, LGBT people, science,
other non-Christian faiths, etc. Eventually, I think a future Pope
will allow women and GLBT people to be ordained.

What are your views on the Iraq War?

A:I am against the Iraq War, and have been
from the beginning. Will we ever find out if
Iraq had WMDs? Who knows? What did the
people of Iraq do to deserve a soon-to-be
7 year old war?

Afghanistan, however, is justified.
We needed to find the people responsible for 9/11
and give aid to those in Afghanistan who need it the most.

What are your views on the environment?

A: If people don't believe in global warming,
the best thing they can do is to reduce
their need for foreign oils and to change
lightbulbs in their homes to something more energy-efficient.

Renewable resources need to be used more
so that more enviro-friendly techinques
can be established.

What are your views on the economy?

A: Signs are saying that the economy is
starting to pick itself up. I think it will take
another year to year-and-a-half before
the economy can be fully functional.

How did the economy get in this mess
in the first place? I don't know.

What is your major?

A: Transferring to Portland State
won't happen until the fall of 2011.
My major is Spanish.

NOW, it's PARTY TIME!

Anyone up for pizza? All types of pizza!

Happy Early Thanksgiving, people of Wrong Planet!
