I was hoping someone here might have some sites or resources on what to do during emergencies and disasters - how to prepare for them and what to do during the aftermath.

For example; if you're in a prolonged situation, how to gather water and essentials from the wilderness in varying conditions like temperate zones to desert conditions. Or maybe even how to make penicillin if you or someone you want to treat has an infection or how to charge batteries using solar cells or a car battery.
