a sleep tool

i just read your article on sleep and i am compelled to reccomend a product i have been using. i always tried to listen to music when going to bed. headphones were uncomfotable, and speakers disturbed others. then i discovered at brookstone a sleeping mask with built in headphones. the price is kind of steep at us$35, but it is the second most useful thing i own (my tablet pc is number 1). they are comfortable to sleep with, as they are foam cussioned, block out most of the light, and the sound is decent. it also includes a library of soothing noises, but these require batteries, and i'd just rather listen to music.
