there is something aesthetically displeasing to me, about those ultra-low profile tires with fat shiny rims/wheels on so many folks' cars nowadays. they remind me of wagon wheels. ugly. plus they ride rough. how many folk here prefer old-fashioned high-profile tires and smaller wheels? just wondering.

I like the conventional car tires, better than what people use, nowadays.

MAD TYTE DOGG.

Those tiny tires allow for better handling, and worse ride quality. Most of the idiots driving around with them will never use the handling qualities they get, and they're just for show. Ultimately, the issue is that idiots are allowed to drive.

I drove one of those once (valet parking for tip money). I couldn't explain why it was hard to drive, but it was. I wouldn't want to drive one all the time.

My last car had terrible quality but was good in the snow (the heavy weight pushed down hard on fairly small 185-80/R13 tires, so the tires pushed most of the snow out of the way).
