So I was just wondering how accurately their starsigns describe evryone here at WP?

For example, my starsign says I like strong flavours, particulary onion and garlic.

I don't like onion but I do like garlic.

A post of your 'starsign profile' followed by a piece-peice analysis would be appriceated.

Chinese Zodiac signs also welcome.

I still think signs are a bunch of rubish, but for the sake of the thread...
I'm Leo, but I don't know that much about it. Looked up on Wikipedia, though. It says it's the sign of fire. I guess fire as a symbol of passion works, but I am water, I know that. I always knew I should have been Pisces... Ruled by Sol, though
I'm Serpent in the Chinese Zodiac.
They got it right with water. Water has sensitivity, a check, North, maybe check, comunication, no check, fear, maybe check, and intuition, a most likely check.
A thinker, good.
"but with all his fondness for the good things in life, his innate elegance gives him a dislike for frivolities and foolish talk" heh heh, true

"Snake-persons like communicating and like interesting conversations; if the conversation becomes repetitive their attention may soon wander. It is almost impossible to fix their attention for long talking about the weather. They prefer to focus on new, interesting, unusual ideas and on intelligent discussion in general" true,

"These people have a special talent that enables them to judge situations correctly. They are alert to new possibilities: when they have an idea of what to do and how to do it, they will pursue it persistently and energetically. They are self-confident and usually don't bother to listen to someone else's opinion." close,

"Although it is difficult for such people to take advice, they are patient with others when it comes to giving a helping hand, and their ability to look at a problem from a variety of angles is extremely appreciated. When faced with a dilemma, snake people, as a rule, act with speed and conviction, since they believe intensely in what they are doing and rarely waste time or energy on projects lacking in good potential." Very true.

My starsign (Gemini) is way off... Gemini's are supposed to be talkative, but as an aspie, that definitely ain't the case. I don't think I've ever even read a horoscope for about the past year or so that has ever really related to me in anyway, and they're intended to be so general that they should eventually match an event at least through the power of suggestion. My Chinese zodiac sign (the Horse), however, is actually pretty acurate. Maybe I should start looking into some Chinese horoscopes...

I'm Pisces, and I'm definitely like this fish, I'm indecisive, I love water and the colour blue and I do like garlic and onions. My Chinese stars say I match with Snake and dragon people, and I am a Rooster. This is true- I love showing off and perfoming. However, like for most Roosters, it usually goes wrong. I am ruled by the Moon and Neptune and Jupiter.
In other words I change with th the month, like the sea and Eagles.
The last snake person I knew was an Aquarian, I was attracted to his generosity and love of the new and strange. I definitely financially supported him. I did not know they went cold. I hope he finds his Leo person. I lost one Leo friend through him. Fire does not always roast fish, sometimes water puts out fire.
Stars can be dead cold. Do not letyour life be ruled by uncaring stars even if they pick up what you're like. Of course in the sky they can be beautful. I love looking up in the sky summer or winter, and wondering which star I'm from!Pisces is a bit boring - i like blue stars and Sirus.

I don't let my starsign rule my life. I'm just bored and in serious need of a life.

Quote:
the Fiery Aries Character

Aries THE RAM is the sign of the pioneer, and warrior leader
As the first sign of the Zodiac Arians cannot help putting themselves first, though they are very affectionate and generous towards their loved ones.
They have warm and enthusiastic natures and can be extremely demonstrative!
Gregarious, sociable and extrovert, Arians are great people to have around as they are usually the life and soul of any party, thanks to their enthusiastic natures.
Sometimes however the Arian face becomes creased with worry and disapproval when he or she is crossed in love.

The bright side
The Aries personality is fiery and warm, passionate and self-expressive with an urge to act NOW! This is NOT a patient sign, everything is done on impulse, and with great urgency.
Aries is a courageous leader, likely to take risks and will usually feel: "I know best". Aries rarely hangs around to check out the details. However give Aries a good cause for which to fight, a problem to solve, or something to pioneer, and this enterprising personality comes into its own.

Forceful, pioneering, adventurous, enterprising, courageous, direct, energetic, freedom loving, self assertive.

The dark side
Strangely enough for this very active sign, one of its main failings is procrastination. Aries is extremely impatient and intolerant of delay.
Aries is likely to put off what must be done, (like bills and tax returns!). Aries will resort to lies rather than be inconvenienced by the uninteresting, or be forced to do that which they do not want to do.
Arians can be blunt, ignorantly offensive, or employ bullying tactics to selfishly get their own way.

Selfish, unsubtle, impulsive, rash, quick tempered, impatient, quarrelsome, aggressive.

Accurate except for the fact that I'm an introvert, and I can be very patient when I want to be.

Astrology is a scam for the gullible and weak-minded amongst us. It is just another example of how the unintelligent and weak are manipulated by unscrupulous con-artists. Evidence:

Quote:
IN a finding astrologers should have seen coming, researchers have turned up no evidence to support a link between personality, intelligence and birth dates.

The study of more than 15,000 people found "in no cases did date of birth relate to individual differences in personality or intelligence".

I'm a gemini as well. I'm actually quite talkative when discussing something interesting. (almost never talkative around people I haven't known for at least 6 years though) I'm far from a great communicator, but I do quite well when using written language.
