I thinks it is name Frozen Tempest it is from a card based RTS I've just got into.

It is from a game called BattleForge it is a hybrid of a card game and a Warcraft-like real time strategy

Fire? Nature? Bah! Too chaotic unrefined. Ice on the other hand is smooth refined, light as a feather or heavy as a mountain, soft as goose down or sharper than any blade.
