I think that Smart Cars are the worst cars, because they only seat 2 people, and they don't have much body room.

And they're not very powerful either.

I wish the Chrysler Turbine Car could have lasted longer than one year (1963). That was a very good idea.

We had a Pinto for many years. Those are some tough little cars with great longevity as long as you have one with the retrofit that kept it from blowing up when rear-ended.

the smart car would be better if it didn't ride so harshly over the road bumps, and if it didn't require premium fuel! it is a perverse thing that any economy car should require premium, and inexcuseable IMHO.
my [late] mother drove a vega, and the damned lemon would never start in cold weather, which in the northwest is most of the time. i was told by my brother [who used to own one] that AMC gremlins were a garage man's special.
below are some automotive acronyms, for humor ONLY!

AMC=American Made Crate
AUDI=Accelerates Under Demonic Influence
BMW=Brings Me Women
CHEVY=Crummiest Heap Ever Visualized Yet
DODGE=Damned Overhauls Do Get Expensive
FIAT=Fix It Again Tony
FORD=Ford Owners Recommend Dodge
PINTO=Passengers Incinerated Nine Times Over
GM=Government Motors
GMC=Generically Made Chevy
HONDA=Happy Owners Never Drive Anyother
HUMMER=Huge Ugly Mother Mostly Eats Resources
HYUNDAI=Hold Your Usual Nitpicks Designs Are Improved
JAGUAR=Just A Guess U Are Rich
JEEP=Just Expect Every Problem
KIA=Korea's Imitation Accord
LOTUS=Lots Of Trouble Usually Serious
MAZDA=Most Always Zooming Dashingly Along
MASERATI=Must Also Suggest Extra Rope And Towing Implements
MERCEDES=My Expensive Rolling Coach Elicits Daewoos' Envious Swooning
NISSAN=Nobody Is Saying Sqwat About Nissan
OLDSMOBILE=Old Ladies Driving Slowly Make Others Behind Infuriatingly Late Everyday
PORSCHE=Proudly Owned Rich Snobs' Car Horribly Expensive
SAAB=Styling Absent Aint BMW
SATURN=Same American Trash Under Ridiculous Name

i got 'em out of my notebook containing a collection of silly automotive acronyms i had heard from my mechanically inclined older brothers. since the time i compiled the notebook [or the acronym section of said notebook] i have noticed at various spots on the web these same acronyms so i would guess they are a very common thing. but the BMW thingy is very old.
