One of my special interests is buses. Is anyone else into buses?

I ride buses every day to get to school, since I don't drive.

I love buses. You've just inspired me. :)

The bus that I love, will be in my avatar.

Buses aren't bad. I tend to be a big fan of routed public transit in general.

i'd just love to be able to own and live in a newell coach [which is a glorified grayhound bus with luxo living features and extra levels]. many music stars own them and tour in them, and famously airplane-phobic john madden travelled exclusively in one. if i were that rich, i'd of course have a professional driver at the wheel, otherwise i might shave the top off under a low bridge or tear the roof off a gas station- i have done both those things driving large vehicles before so i am wisely wary.

I have a tendancy to get lost when I take them.

Hate buses. They're full of people.

When I could get discount fares I used them all the time, and always paid attention to which busses were on which routes and at what times etc.

But now I'm too old for discount fares and use my bicycle to get around (and don't use busses much), I don't pay as much attention to the busses.

They're interesting to look at, from the outside, old and new.

I love the old fashioned London buses, the Routemasters and RT's that I remember from my childhood. I'm not into modern buses though. I was quite depressed when the last of the Routemasters were withdrawn from the main London bus network. They have kept a few in service on two short heritage routes. Although I still like these buses, I'm not as obsessed with them as I used to be, because I have been developing other interests.

I don't like buses. They're stuffy and stinky. It makes me sick. I never eat before going by bus. If the journey is longer, I have to take meds. I avoid buses as much as it's possible.

I prefer trams and trains.
